Comm 58: The Church's Biggest Voice: It's Not Who You Thought. Here's Who It Is.

Only once or twice in our lifetimes, we’ll get to see a deep shift in who it is that influences the role of faith in America. Rarely a single person, it will usually be a group instead, and it’s outsized influence will be because of a subtle but strong shift in the way they are able to live. The shift right now is due to tech and the group is Gen Z.
Our 12 to 27 year olds, Gen Z, are who it is. They have the biggest voice because of their sheer output. They are comfortable with tech at a level that would have been a real wow just a decade ago. They use that tech mastery as a voice, a big one. Bigger than most of us know. Podcasts, Tik Tok, Facebook, postings, Instagram and more amplify their every thought.
This group of emerging young leaders has been done a terrible disservice by our media and by some in the political world who, they come to find out, have not been telling these young brilliant people all the truth.
The Gen Zers have just brutally found this out. Having spent untold hours in Tik Tok, social media, and on the internet hearing from the left leaning content providers, they have been recently and suddenly shocked to learn it wasn’t all true. It all broke apart last Fall starting with the Presidential debate when the cognitive state of a sitting President was on full display and clearly his party and the media had been less than truthful. Gen Zers were left in a truth vaccuum. What, if anything, is true? And so, they wonder now just what they are able to believe.
They demand truth. They want truth now. They sense where to look for it and are especially buying Bibles, they are talking about God, and they are looking for fellowship of a real true kind. When they come in your Church door, they bring that search with them, along with the biggest voice per person the world has ever known.
They need you to teach Him to them.
Here are Kielle, Chad, Brad, and Joan with how you can make that happen.
